2. Ordering from Us

2.1 Orders are placed through our secure online checkout. Before confirming, you will have the chance to review and correct any errors. Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email.

2.2 Your order is accepted when we dispatch your items. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent. A purchase contract is formed upon dispatch, even if payment was processed earlier unless we notify you otherwise.

2.3 We may refuse an order if:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • Payment authorization cannot be obtained.

  • There is an error in pricing or product details.

  • You do not meet our eligibility criteria.

2.4 If you use a specific payment gateway, a £1 transaction may be processed to verify your card. The full payment will only be charged upon order confirmation. Depending on your bank, this amount will either be deducted from the total or refunded separately.

3. Pricing, VAT & Customs Duties

3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

3.2 Any additional fees for packaging, shipping, and insurance will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

3.3 Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Since charges depend on location and order type, we cannot provide an estimated cost.

4. Cancellation & Returns Policy

4.1 Cancelling Your Order:
You can cancel an order by emailing contact@rugsandkilim.com before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure below.

4.2 Returning an Item:
You may return items within 7 working days from the day after delivery for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.

4.3 Refund or Exchange Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process either a full refund or an exchange, based on your preference.

4.4 Exceptions to Returns:
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

4.5 Product Representation:
We strive to accurately represent products on our website but cannot guarantee that images perfectly reflect the actual items.
