Our main priority is ensuring customer satisfaction. We allow customers to return any item in its original condition for a 100% refund within 14 days of receiving it. Once accepted, the buyer should ship the items within one week insured for the full value and well-wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns after the 14-day period. If three or more items are returned, we may deduct a 15% restocking fee, and cleaning or repair fees may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition.

We offer free worldwide shipping and generally ship orders within 1-4 business days using FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days to the US and Europe and 5-7 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. All items are fully insured against damage and loss, and we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Our inventory mainly consists of semi-antique and antique Anatolian rugs, which were primarily made for personal use by villagers rather than for commercial purposes. We also sell new kilim rugs woven by Turkish women using traditional methods. Unlike other countries where fair labor practices cannot be guaranteed, exploitive and forced practices involving children are nonexistent in the Turkish rug industry. Handmade rug and kilim production is done on a small scale by adult weavers, allowing for higher quality products despite Turkey’s higher production costs compared to countries with lower labor costs. Our highest quality kilims are produced by mostly adult women in villages of western Turkey using traditional methods while attending to their families.
